Charlie Sheen shares kiss with U.S. chat show host Jimmy Kimmel during surprise appearance as his restraining order is dropped

Charlie Sheen's Goddesses may want to watch out.

Last night the actor burst onto the set of U.S. talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live - and shared a lingering kiss with the host.

Perhaps the passionate act was the actor's way of celebrating the news that the restraining order preventing him from seeing his twin boys Bob and Max has been dropped.

His ex-wife Brooke Mueller obtained the order stripping Sheen of custody of their sons on March 1.

The order expires today, but Miss Mueller has confirmed that she will not extend it. She took action after the actor made death threats against her in one of his live streams.

But earlier this month the former couple reached a confidential settlement over their custody battle.

TMZ has also reported that he has passed the drug test that both he and Miss Mueller underwent as part of the custody agreement.

Sheen's 'winning' day was capped by his enthusiastic surprise appearance on Jimmy Kimmel.

Charlie burst in, swore at the audience and landed a fat kiss on Kimmel's lips as the host was half way through interviewing U.S. entrepreneur Mark Cuban.

Making a shock appearance, Charlie said: 'I can't stay, I can't stay, I got a show to write god damn it.'

He then offloaded a bag of 'winning' and 'tiger blood' merchandise into the crowd.

'How are you, are you getting enough sleep?' asked Kimmel.

'Yes your lips are very moist,' replied Charlie inexplicably.

The Two and a Half Men star, 45, then gave Kimmel a mug with a picture of a fox wonkily taped to the outside.

'I'll let you figure it out my man,' added Charlie before he ran off set.

'I gotta go,' he shouted as he disappeared into the wings.

Sheen, who has two girlfriends - Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly - may be out of a job, for now.

But according to reports swirling yesterday the actor may be back on television sooner rather than later.

NBC News quoted sources close to Sheen as saying that CBS had offered the actor back his job on the hit comedy Two and A Half Men, but no deal had been struck and discussions were ongoing.

Elsewhere, The Hollywood Reporter said Sheen met with senior executives at rival network Fox last week for talks.

The actor sent a cryptic Tweet over the weekend reading 'perhaps a new lair...? A Fox and a Warlock? epic' accompanied by a picture of a Fox television logo.

Sheen was fired from Two and A Half Men, the most-watched TV comedy in the United States, on March 7 after a stream of public insults towards its producer, Chuck Lorre.

Earlier, the actor had been the subject of numerous media reports about his wild partying, and he spent time in drug and alcohol rehab, leading Warner Bros. Television, which makes Two and A Half Men, to call Sheen's conduct 'dangerously self-destructive'.
