17th Street – O’fallon IL – Widely regarded to have the best Ribs in
the USA. I know that’s a bold statement, but 17th Street ranks near the
top of almost every BBQ list out there. Even the snobbiest of foodies
make the pilgrimage down HWY 50.

and they care about their BBQ. Get The Hound Dog. It’s Memphis Ribs,
Pulled Pork, Mac Cheese, and Corn Bread

Podnah’s Pit – Portland OR. Some of the best BBQ and BBQ sauce out
there. The Pulled Pork is great, so are the Ribs. And there’s something
about a place that has a wide variety of BBQ squeeze bottles at the
table that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

- Franklin BBQ – Austin TX. Aaron Franklin is a Texas-style BBQ wizard. You’ll wait 2 hours to get to the front of the line where Aaron will personally cut your Brisket. We never miss Franklin’s when we’re in Austin. Franklin’s is, in our opinion, the best BBQ Joint in America right now.
